民事再生で覚悟と信念を世間に示しましょう
よほど犯罪などの悪いイメージでなければ、ゼロから会社を作るよりも、すでにある会社組織を利用してビジネスをするのは良い事だと思います。新たな利益が大きく得られるようになってから、社会へ還元できるのであれば、民事再生の果たす役割は重要です。会社にとっては資本金だけではなく人そのものも財産ですし、培われてきた経験や記録は資産と言っていいでしょうから、駄目でした終わりです、と終止符を打つのではなく、今現実の問題点の記録と克服を含めて、存続の道を模索するのが最善だと考えています。ゼロからのスタートを想像すれば、役職手当などの停止や、全員新入社員の待遇から始めてもいいと思います。もちろん、そんな大卒初任給で50才が生きていけるのかと問われれば、そういう人から離れていけばいいでしょう。会社倒産で当然という状況であるのなら、それくらいの覚悟があったほうが、世間は納得できるし、逆に、厳しい現実の中でも役員が高い報酬を得ているのが当然という空気では、愛想を尽かされても仕方ありませんし、そこまで世間を甘くみないほうがいいのではないでしょうか。初心に還り、一からの事業再生を誓うことこそが、覚悟となり、世間への示しとなるんだと思います。
